Yes, the person holding the POV is safe from nomination. Otherwise, no one would use it but on themselves.
I am soooooo praying that Jeff uses the Coup d'etat and nominates Jessie and Natalie and they all vote to rid themselves of Jessie. Of course, Natalie will be impossible to live with after that vote.

I just watched last nights show. So Kevin didn't save Lidia with his POV because he is afraid of making Chima mad. Now what about Lidia. She looked good and mad. Kevin is not much of a friend. Had he used it then He himself, Lidia and Chima would all still be safe. Right?

It's really not going to make any difference at this point because Jeff better put up Jesse and Natalie.
I couldn't believe Kevin didn't use it on Lydia either. But I do see his point and now it's all going to work out. I hope..fingers crossed.

I think Kevin believes Lydia to be safe and that Russell will be voted out barring non-use of the magical power. Kevin is playing for himself even at the expense of his best friend in the game. He may go further than anyone would have thought.
Please let Jeff use the mystical, magical power and nominate Jessie and Natalie with Jessie being evicted. Please! Please! Please!

Well he DID say to Jordan that Jessie & Natalie are who he'd like to see go up. The only thing I can see stopping him, besides Russels ridiculous behavior, is the fact that he could get paranoid that whoever wins HOH next week can turn around & put up him & Jordan next week.
We shall see what happens tomorrow!! I would LOVE to see them boot Jessie tomorrow.... Natalie can't win anything. She's no threat!! Then boot her and her mouth the following week. Whoever wished for a double eviction this week has my vote!! :o)

Yes! Yes! Yes!
I had my doubts whether Jeff would use his magical power or not but he did! Yea for him! And he got the nominations right too! Yea! Bye bye Jessie! (A legend only in his own mind.)
Michelle won HOH though. I am not sure who she would nominate except maybe Russell and put up a pawn?
Doesn't Julie look HUGE!

Re:Big Brother - Summer of 2009
(Date Posted:08/14/2009 08:22 AM)
Twas the night before eviction and all through the house Not a creature was stirring not even Chima and her mouth They thought of the keys on the memory wall with great care And hoped that tomorrow night theirs would still be there
Soon all the hg’s were fast asleep it did seem As visions of tomorrow played out in their dreams With Lydia in her kerchief and Nat curled up on Jessie’s lap They all settled in to a long BB nap
When down in the kitchen there rose such a clatter They sprung from their beds to see what was the matter Out of the hoh room Chima flew like a flash She looked down to the kitchen then let out a gasp
The fridge door was open and cast a dim glow There was someone standing in the kitchen below When what to her wondering eyes did she see But Jeff standing there looking quite “wizardy”
Jordan giggled and squealed so lively and quick Jessie burned with jealousy at America’s pick Jeff said to Chima I’m in charge of this game Come tomorrow night I’ll choose two names
Now Jessie and Nat you’d better listen you two Cuz tomorrow night one of you could be screwed One of your pictures could turn grey on the wall Your alliance could very well take a great fall
Then with a start and a jerk of her head Chima suddenly sat up in her bed She drew in a breath and looked all around It was just a bad dream Russ was still going down
She laid back in bed and let out a shout Stick to my plan people I want Russell out But the wizard exclaimed from somewhere out of sight We’ll see what happens come tomorrow night!

Nope I snagged it. BTW could anyone make any since of what Jessie was saying to Julie, and why he put his hand up to Kevin as to say "don't come near me"? I'm crossing my fingers that Michelle teams up with Jeff, Jordon, and Russ. Then nominates Chima and Natalie.

Can anyone ever make sense of what Jessie says? Hehehe! I think Kevin was the deciding vote in getting Jessie evicted.
I do not get the Live Feeds but I do read RNO's recaps on the daily happenings. You won't believe what happens next! I can't wait!

Hi all.
I've been mostly lurking this year, because I've been watching After Dark, and anything I can think of to say might constitute a spoiler. However, I just subscribed to the live feed, although I have yet to see anything. First, the POV was going on, and now they are running a message that says that they are preparing for TONIGHT'S live broadcast.
I think they may be getting ready to spill a lot of stuff that hasn't made it on to the show. (About 99% of what's really going on!).
Anyway, I thought I'd give a heads up about the extra show this week. It doesn't even show up yet on my DVR guide, so I doubt if many people know about it.

I've been reading all the spoilers. Can't say what it is but something unexpected happened today. I don't know why they would broadcast it tonight. Will it still be on tomorrow night? I just set my DVR to tape from 8pm to 10 pm in case what you heard is true.

Sorry for the false alarm. They started running that message at about 6:30, and they're still running it! I think you're right- they must be talking about Sunday night.

Well, Julie announced last night that BB kicked someone off and I don't think we need to venture a guess as to who it will be. Also some more stuff going on with yet another HG. I love what's happening. Nat's pathetic little speech about all the "good" people getting evicted. Puleez, pull your head out of there, it's your little band of devil worshipers that were the evil ones..all head cases for sure.
The Jesse memorial last night was just to much. I couldn't even watch it all the way through. What is wrong with these women. There was a reason he left early last season and now this season...open your eyes.
Smoky, anything on when they were planning an extra show.

Hi Jonesy.
I don't know what all that meant about a live show. I signed up for the live feeds on Saturday and haven't had a chance to watch them since. Anyway, on Saturday evening from about 6:30 pm Eastern time, they were running a message that said that they were getting ready for "tonight's" live broadcast at 8pm EDT. The broadcast never materialized on Saturday, and as we now know, it wasn't on Sunday either. The whole thing seems to have been a total fabrication, but I can't begin to guess what the point of it was. I haven't been into the feeds at all today, and I haven't got time to get into them right now, so I don't know if that message is still running or if there has been an explanation for it.
Sorry for the false alarm.

Hey Smokey That message appears whenever BB runs the trivia contests. They are too cheap in production department to tailor there stuff so that message often leads to confusion. Best just to ignore it. Also the bb feeds have been very limited this season with many times only one scene being played on all 4 cams. Also they cut a lot to the fish tank to prevent viewers from hearing stuff they deem not for public consumption. arghhhh

I just watched the last two shows. Those three women sitting around crying over that jerk Jessie was tooooo funny. Chima was for, sure kick off the show. She has been claiming she walked off. I read somewhere that those mics are about $5,000. For a minute last night I thought Lydia was going to be yanked. What was that all about? She was throwing drinks down the sink and throwing fresh food in the garbage. Where do they find these people???

From what I've heard, Lydia was "servicing" Jesse (they watch live feeds). So it looks like she might want kicked out so that she can go be with him alone in the jury house before Natalie gets there. If Natalie gets there first, she won't be able to..do what she does because she thinks so highly of herself.

Thanks for the heads-up, Jakey. I'm actually kicking myself for getting the feeds. Without giving anything away, I'm just so frustrated with this whole crew that I can't stand to watch it for any length of time! I wound up deleting the DVR recording of Monday night's After Dark, after only 1 hour into it, and I'm dreading watching last night's fiasco.
LindaJean, Lydia's nonsense is the tip of the iceberg! Trust me!. In all the years that I've been on this board, I have never once clicked on the Spoilers board, for fear of seeing something that I don't want to see, but I am really really tempted to go in there just so I can rant! This is getting beyond ridiculous! AAARGH!!!

This is the most immature, self-involved, cruel cast I can remember. Chima needs help, seriously. I can't understand why they all hate each other so much? No one trusts anyone else except Jeff and Jordan. There is so little game play I get bored especially with all the screaming and yelling. They make NO sense at all.
At this point, I hope the lovely Jordan wins because she is the only one I like now.

Re:Big Brother - Summer of 2009
(Date Posted:08/19/2009 21:03 PM)
I'm with you on that one, Cindilou. Truth to tell, my guilty secret is that I've been hoping that Jordan would win it all almost from the beginning. Jordan and Jeff have always been my favorites, but it has been really hard to keep rooting for them the last couple of days. Jordan has always been a lovable ditz, and I know that Jeff isn't the brightest bulb in the marquis, but counting votes isn't exactly rocket science.
Take Russell out ahead of Natalie?
Kevin wouldn't lie? He's on our side now, and he can replace Russell? What house have they been living in for the last 5 weeks?
Really, I just wanted to reach through the TV and bang their heads together.
And Michelle, who ought to know better, has not only made no attempt to talk them out of it; she also didn't even bother to deny the conversation with Russell that Kevin and Natalie invented.
What is wrong with these people? Don't they realize that if Russell leaves, and Natalie or Kevin wins HOH, Michelle and Jeff will be on the block so fast it will make their heads spin?
If they're not careful, Kevin or Natalie is going to win this game, and either one of them will carry Lydia along as number two. AAARGH!!!
On the bright side, at the very beginning of After Dark on Tuesday night, it looked as though Jeff and Jordan might be starting to come to their senses. Hard to tell, because after that, Jordan went to bed, and the rest of the house went into a marathon card game that lasted for the rest of the show. One can only hope that their original alliance gets back on track before tomorrow night..
I hope all this is speculative enough not to be considered a spoiler. That reference to After Dark skated kind of close, but there is no hard information there. In fact, since the POV won't take place until the live show on Thursday, there isn't any hard information available. I just couldn'r resist venting.

Oh please let it be right that they are finally realizing what's going on. I tell ya..those two are about made for each other. Not the sharpest tools in the shed. I have also like J & J from the beginning and especially Jeff because the way Russell treated him in the about spelling a word wrong. I have to say though, I'm liking Russell more and more but not enough to win.
I have to ff through some of the crap that's going on because it's making me crazy. Definately a few HG's need some pscyh evaluation and meds.
