Bubu57 Re :   Some thoughts on Episode 10 I was wondering why they didn't use the phone myself,lol.  If you are going to put product placement on the show you should at least spring for the phone bill for the winners to call home. Sorry but I think advertising on the show is extremely tacky! As for John hanging out of the swing like Natalie, I don't think it would work for him, he was too heavy and probably would have fallen. Besides his reach wasn't at fault it was his team pulling him with the rope. Why didn't they put a woman in the swing instead of John? I thought the same thing about them all running around trying to find the Idol. What were they going to do if he found it? Tackle him for it? INstead of following him, look for it yourself so when you find it he won't have it 11/21/2009 16:40 PM

tanyaw Re :   Some thoughts on Episode 10  I liked seeing Mick finally win (although it really had nothing to do with wit or strength- just plain luck).  I also liked that some of Foa Foa finally got to go on a reward. I enjoyed seeing Mick win as well and seeing Natalie and Russell enjoy a reward.  I just wish Natalie hadn't thanked the others for allowing her and Russell to come along.  Natalie won that reward for them and it might be her strategy to grovel, but I still don't like it. 11/21/2009 16:29 PM

Bubu57 Re :   Life at Ponderosa If you press play on all of them all the ads play at the same time, then you can pause them and play them one at a time. Cuts time in half and you don't have to listen to the ad 5 times Eric is really annoying. He just whines like a two year old because they voted him off. Well you made a dumb move with not going to them to explain why you were talking to Foa Foa so they voted you off. GET OVER IT!   Then he is like a 12 year old, he can't walk past that stupid Ponderosa sign without hitting it! 11/20/2009 17:56 PM

Beccka Topic :   RNO Interview with Laura “It’s Sad That She Has That Much Bitterness”  -  Interview with Laura  by David Bloomberg -- 11/20/2009 Laura was the center of attention, for good or for ill, on the Galu tribe and then into Aiga. Why does she think Shambo disliked her so much? Why does she wish Russell H. would have been on Galu to begin with?! And how did she know John was trying to get rid of her? Read on for a couple of surprising revelations about Laura and her game     Full interview here I kept wondering about a particular bond between Laura and Brett.   I knew they were both from the same area in OR and that could immediately bond them....and some shots showed them getting along very well.  But who knew they belonged to the same church and that he told her everything!     Here's a section about a conversation with Russell....arr!  I just hate that way he  talks to women at times!  (I wish I could see cindilou now - wink)  Laura:   ...You see when I tell him no that’s not going to happen, he (Russell) gets really, really upset and he gets in my face and says, “Look, little girl,” and said, “I’m the reason…” and he named off all the victims in his tribe. First off, I don’t need somebody telling me what to do, I’m not a 22-year-old girl. I said, “Look, don’t threaten me.” It almost got personal, beyond game play, and I said, “Don’t threaten me.” He didn’t like that...     (of course not!) I'm impressed with lots about Laura, but my guess is that I wouldn't enjoy  hanging around with her.    Interesting thoughts about why Shambo disliked her...from Laura's perspective, of course.      Good interview! Bubu57 Re :   Galu It was Yul's season that it happened. It may have been more but that is the one that stands out to me. It was just 4 against the other tribe which was almost in tact.  Yul and his team pulled it out even against the great odds.I hope Natalie wins too, she is playing smart and social. 11/20/2009 17:24 PM
